Rolled cake.
Rolled cake, ingredients:
- 1 dl milk,
- 2 teaspoons of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 yeast,
- 100 g cream,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 1 egg yolk and
- 600 g of flour and
- margarine for spreading.
To coat:
- 1 egg yolk.
For sprinkling:
- black sesame.
Rolled cake, preparation:
- Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm milk and let it rise, then add salt, cream, oil, egg yolks, flour, mix everything well and let it rise.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 0,5 cm.
- Take the middle lid of the pan and make a circle.
- Cut the circle across, spread it with margarine and roll it up.
- Place in a round pan and fold into a circle.
- Coat the entire scone with egg yolk, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, heat the oven, bake at 200 degrees until the scone acquires a nice color.
