Sautéed mushrooms with miso Cvijeta Mesic png

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon soupenamis
  • 1 teaspoon of caffeine
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly or until they soften. Reduce the heat and add the miso and honey, simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to coat the mushrooms with the miso.
  2. Instead of mushrooms, other vegetables can be stewed - pumpkin, eggplant, onion, ginger root, sweet potato.
