Savory pancakes - savory filled with filling, a great dinner.
For the pancakes:
- 400 g. flour
- 2 pieces of eggs
- mineral water (if necessary)
- so

- 3 pieces of eggs
- 100 g. breadcrumbs
- 200 years of cheese
- oil (if needed)
- Mix flour, eggs, salt and water to make pancake batter.
- Bake pancakes.
- Make a filling from beaten two eggs and cheese.
- Fill the pancakes with this filling and wrap them like ribbons, while they are still warm so they don't fall apart.
- Roll each slice in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
- Arrange them in an oiled fireproof dish. Lightly spray them with oil on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for ten minutes.
