Stuffed potatoes.
Stuffed potatoes, ingredients:
- 6 young potatoes,
- 150 g of thinly sliced bacon,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika,
- thyme to taste,
- granulated garlic to taste,
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of dry spice,
- pepper to taste
- 100 g of cheese.
And more: a skewer stick.
Stuffed potatoes, preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and wash them well.
- Take a skewer stick and pass it through the middle of the potato and cut it in several places with a knife.
- Place the potatoes in a deep bowl, add oil, salt, pepper, dry spices, granulated garlic, sweet paprika, thyme and mix to combine all the ingredients.
- Take one potato and fill each cavity (where the potato is cut) with bacon.
- Arrange the prepared potatoes in a roasting pan (or baking tray, baking dish) and cover with the rest of the marinade in which the potatoes were kept.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- After that, remove the pan from the oven and spread the grated cheese over the potatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes (but do not cover with foil).
Tip: you can add another spice (rosemary, parsley...) to taste.
