Ajvar risotto - excellent risotto.
Ajvar risotto - Marija Mirković
- 200 g of rice
- 3 spoons of ajvar
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g of bacon
- pepper (oil, dry herb)
- Fry both types of onions in oil, add paprika and diced bacon. When everything is fried well, add dry herbs and pepper. Cook the rice separately. When the rice is cooked, mix it with the fried ingredients, add ajvar and mix well.
