Pumpkin chocolate cake - Slađana Šćekić
- 3 eggs
- 1 coffee cup of sugar
- 1 coffee cup of oil
- 1 coffee cup of yogurt
- 3 coffee cups of flour
- 1 baking powder
- PHIL:
- 700 g of pumpkin (grated on a coarse grater)
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 dl of water
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g margarine
- Crust: Beat eggs with sugar and add oil, yogurt and flour mixed with baking powder. Bake the crust at 200 C for about 20 minutes, then divide it in half.
- Mix the sugar and water (just so the sugar melts) and add the pumpkin. Stew everything together for about 10-15 minutes. Until the pumpkin is soft. Add margarine.
- Divide the filling in half. Add white chocolate to the first part, and dark chocolate to the second part. Mix well to combine the chocolates with the filling.
- FILLING: Crust-yellow filling with white chocolate-black filling with dark chocolate-crust.
- On low heat, melt 100 g of chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil and pour over the cake.
