Apple pie.
I got beautiful apples from my friend. I made a pie, which does not require much effort and work. It is made very quickly. I already mentioned that I don't like to stay in the kitchen for a long time. There is a person in my life, who was always as ruddy as an apple, and I called him mommy's pear.
Pie with apples, ingredients:
- 500 g of thin crusts,
- 1 kg of apples,
- 4 tablespoons of ground biscuits,
- 4 spoons of sugar and
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar.
For sprinkling:
- powdered sugar.
Pie with apples, preparation:
- There are usually 12 crusts in a package and I make four rolls.
- Grate the apples, I did not peel the skin.
- Take three crusts for each roll, sprinkle with a little oil and stack one on top of the other.
- Place the grated apples on one end of the third crust without squeezing the juice, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with a spoonful of ground biscuits and vanilla sugar.
- Roll up.
- Arrange the pie in a circle in a round pan. (It can, don't worry, it won't break)
- Remove from the oven, cover with a dry cloth and leave to cool.
- Sprinkle the cooled pie with powdered sugar.
