Aromatic cake with cheese.

  • 3 dcl of water
  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 g of flour
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs (oregano (basil, rosemary, thyme, cumin))

To coat the scones:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • sesame and flax seeds for sprinkling
  1. Put yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, let it stand for 5 minutes, then add oil, salt and flour.
  2. Knead the dough and let it rise.
  3. When it has risen, roll it into a 24 x 30 cm square plate, cut it into 6 x 6 cm squares, sprinkle with 100 g of grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of dry herbs.
  4. Roll each square into a roll and arrange in a circle in a mold with a diameter of 28 cm, previously lined with paper.
  5. Beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of oil, spread on the cake, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax, leave to stand for 20 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
