Bajadera with cherries.

Bajadera with cherries, ingredients:

For the mixture:

  • 200 ml of milk,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 250 g of margarine,
  • 500 g of ground biscuits,
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate,
  • 500 g of sour cherries.

For the frosting:

  • 200 g of ready-made chocolate glaze.

Bajadera with cherries, preparation:

Preparation of the mixture:

  • Pour sugar into a pan, add milk, chopped margarine and put the pan on the fire. Cook until it boils and all the ingredients are combined.
  • Then, remove the pan from the stove, add the ground biscuit and mix. Divide the obtained mixture into two parts - in one part, add melted cooking chocolate and mix, and in the other part, add chopped cherries and mix.
  • Place the part with the chocolate in the tray and spread it evenly over the entire tray. Distribute the part with cherries evenly over it. Then, apply the finished chocolate glaze. Leave to set.
  • Cut the bayaderu into bars (or pieces of the desired size), serve and serve.

Greasy food

Tip: you can replace the finished chocolate glaze with one that you will make yourself by breaking 150 g of cooking chocolate into cubes, putting it in a pan, adding 3 tablespoons of oil and melting it in steam.
