Baker's kohlrabi.
- 1 piece of kohlrabi (large)
- 1 piece of red onion (large head)
- so
- beaver
- dry herbal spice
- crushed hot pepper
- sweet red ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon lard (full teaspoon)
- Clean the kohlrabi and cut it like a potato, put it in a pot, pour water, add a little salt and simmer for about fifteen minutes, if the kohlrabi is young like mine was.
- Drain, but don't throw away all the water, leave 2dcl of the water in which it was cooked, add salt, pepper, a little seasoning if you use it, hot and sweet pepper, onion cut into cubes and one small teaspoon full of fat that you will distribute in several places.
- Mix everything and put it in a heated oven to bake for about half an hour. The onions will melt, the kohlrabi will soften and absorb the spices.
- It melts in your mouth.
