Baklava with chocolate - Slađana Šćekić
- 500 g of baklava crust
- 200 g of chopped or ground walnuts
- 200 g of grated chocolate
- Topping 1 for baklava:
- 400 g of water
- 500 g of sugar
- Topping 2 for baklava:
- 150 g of chocolate
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- Line up two crusts, then put the walnut and chocolate mixture on the very edge of the crust and roll it into a roll. Do the same with all the crusts. Cut the skins to the desired length and cover them with melted margarine. You need 250 g of lean margarine.
- Bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
- Cook the topping for baklava. Cold topping of hot baklava.
- When the baklava absorbs the first topping, cover it with the second topping.
