  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 dl of water
  • 10 g bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 250 g of ground walnuts
  • 50-70 g of ground biscuits
  • 200 g of marzipan
  • Frosting:
  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 1 dl of water
  • 50 g margarine
  • Decoration:
  • chocolate chips as needed
  1. Boil sugar and water, then add walnuts, margarine and vanilla sugar, and mix until the margarine melts.
  2. Mix the biscuits into the cold mixture (the amount of biscuits depends on how dry the walnuts are, add it gradually).
  3. When the mixture cools and hardens, shape the rectangles as in the photo, measuring 1*3 cm.
  4. On the mixture of walnuts and biscuits, place a piece of marzipan, the same shape as the base, but slightly smaller in size.
  5. I used the marzipan that is in the photo, but you can certainly use regular as well.
  6. To make it easier to get the shape as in the photo, first form a ball, roll it in cocoa, make a roll out of it, press it a little from above, then cut it in half crosswise.
  7. Place the cookies in the refrigerator to set well, then dip them in chocolate glaze and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
  8. Prepare the glaze by melting water and chocolate at a low temperature, stirring occasionally. When the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous, remove it from the stove and add margarine. Stir until it dissolves. Mixing will cool the glaze.
  9. Dip the cookies in the prepared glaze - stick them on a fork as small as possible from the bottom side, dip them in the chocolate, shake a little when you take them out so that the excess chocolate drains and arrange them on a tray.
  10. If you sprinkle chocolate chips on the cookies, do it right away so that the chips stick together until the chocolate hardens.
  11. This quantity will give you 40 cookies.
