White triangles - Ivana Pešić
- 250 g of biscuits
- 125 g margarine
- 1 dl of water
- 125 g of sugar
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Dissolve sugar with water, add margarine and 50 g of broken egg whites
- chocolate. Knead on low heat until all ingredients melt. Then add
- broken biscuit and knead well. Cover the triangular mold with aluminum foil
- then pour the mixture and flatten it nicely. Leave it in the cold to set nicely
- set. Melt the remaining chocolate with oil on low heat. Twist
- mold and cover with glaze. When it hardens, cut into pieces.
