White triangles - Ivana Pešić

  • 250 g of biscuits
  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 dl of water
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  1. Dissolve sugar with water, add margarine and 50 g of broken egg whites
  2. chocolate. Knead on low heat until all ingredients melt. Then add
  3. broken biscuit and knead well. Cover the triangular mold with aluminum foil
  4. then pour the mixture and flatten it nicely. Leave it in the cold to set nicely
  5. set. Melt the remaining chocolate with oil on low heat. Twist
  6. mold and cover with glaze. When it hardens, cut into pieces.
