Juicy banana cubes - Ivana Pešić
- crust: 6 eggs
- 4 spoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- filling: 2 bags of vanilla pudding
- 600 ml milk
- 10 spoons of sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 1/2 bottle of banana extract
- g glaze: 100 chocolates
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff, gradually add the egg yolk, and then the oil. Then mix the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa with a mixer. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- During this time, boil a syrup of sugar and water and pour over the finished crust. Mix the pudding in 1 dl
- of milk, and bring the remaining milk and sugar to a boil. Then boil the whipped pudding and knead until it thickens. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Beat the margarine in a particularly foamy way, add the banana extract, then combine with the cooled pudding.
- Spread the crust with cream and pour over the glaze.
