Cake with apricot jam it is quick to prepare and you usually have the ingredients at home. It can be made fast, so it is convenient for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Text:
  • 4 tablespoons of flour or 1 glass of 2 dcl
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of water (or 2 glasses of water instead of milk, if you are making postni)
  • 1 bag of baking powder or 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons of apricot jam
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • you can add cinnamon if you like
  • Topping:
  • apricot jam
  • 1 cooking chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the crust and beat with a mixer. Mix beforehand with a spoon (cooker) so that you don't spray the whole kitchen with cocoa powder. Bake the crust at 200 degrees C.

Step 2

Put the desired amount of jam on the hot crust, but it must cover the entire crust.

Step 3

Cut the chocolate into cubes and put it in a pan with a little oil and melt it. Then spread over the crust and apricot jam. Leave the cake to cool a little and put it in the fridge to cool and serve.

Step 4
