Blue salad - the blue potato (it is purple when cut) is a true exotic. It originates from the Peruvian Andes, and was a favorite dish of the rulers of that time.
It is rich in antioxidants (anthocyanins), minerals and vitamins. Scientists claim that it has a stimulating effect in the fight against various diseases. It is also attributed with aphrodisiac properties.

Blue salad - Snezana Kitanović
Blue salad - blue potatoes (it's purple when cut) is a true exotic. It originates from the Peruvian Andes, and was a favorite dish of the rulers of that time.
- 250 gr. blue potatoes
- 250 gr. white potatoes
- chard (amount as desired)
- 4 cloves of young garlic
- salt (oil, vinegar)
- Boil blue and white potatoes in separate bowls and cut them into rings.
- Chop the Swiss chard (leaves and stalks) and add to the potatoes, then add chopped young garlic.
- Add salt, vinegar and oil, combine and serve.
