Bombs with almond leaves - Suzana Mitić
- 200 g of grated chocolate
- 200 g of ground hazelnuts
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 3 spoons of rum
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- To roll the balls:
- 100 g of almond leaves
- Beat the egg whites with a fork and add chocolate, hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and rum.
- Make a compact mixture and make balls as desired.
- Roll each ball in almond leaves.
