Skewers with vegetables - Suzana Mitić
- 500 g of chicken white meat
- 1 large zucchini
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 4 red roasted peppers
- so

- Alternately arrange the white chicken meat cut into larger cubes, the zucchini cut into circles, the roasted pepper cut into larger cubes and the mushrooms on the stick, add salt and spices.
- You can grill the skewers prepared in this way, in the oven or in a pizza pan. The taste is phenomenal.
