  • 200 g of grated chocolate
  • 200 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 3 spoons of rum
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • To roll the balls:
  • 100 g of almond leaves
  1. Beat the egg whites with a fork and add chocolate, hazelnuts, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and rum.
  2. Make a compact mixture and make balls as desired.
  3. Roll each ball in almond leaves.
