Bread with cheese and crackers. It might seem to you that 6 spoons of fat, in addition to crackers and cheese, is too much, but, believe me, it is not.
Bread with cheese and crackers, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 3 dl of lukewarm water,
- a teaspoon of sugar,
- a bag of dry yeast,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,
- 100 g of small cheese,
- 6 tablespoon of fat i
- 100 g of ground crackers.
Bread with cheese and crackers, preparation:
- Add yeast, sugar, salt, flour, cheese, crackers and fat to lukewarm water. So knead the dough.
- Allow the dough to double in size.
- Form a loaf.
- Cut the loaf in a few places and sprinkle with cumin.
- Line the container in which you will bake the bread with baking paper.
- Leave the loaf to rest for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees, until nicely browned.
- Use a wooden stick to check whether the bread is cooked.
