Bread with cheese and crackers - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Bread with cheese and crackers. It might seem to you that 6 spoons of fat, in addition to crackers and cheese, is too much, but, believe me, it is not. 

Bread with cheese and crackers, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 3 dl of lukewarm water,
  • a teaspoon of sugar,
  • a bag of dry yeast,
  • 2 teaspoons of salt,
  • 100 g of small cheese,
  • 6 tablespoon of fat i
  • 100 g of ground crackers.

Bread with cheese and crackers, preparation:

  • Add yeast, sugar, salt, flour, cheese, crackers and fat to lukewarm water. So knead the dough.
  • Allow the dough to double in size.
  • Form a loaf.
  • Cut the loaf in a few places and sprinkle with cumin.
  • Line the container in which you will bake the bread with baking paper.
  • Leave the loaf to rest for about 30 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees, until nicely browned.
  • Use a wooden stick to check whether the bread is cooked.
