Peaches in puff pastry.
Peaches in puff pastry, ingredients:
- 250 g puff pastry,
- 6 small teaspoons of cottage cheese,
- 3 teaspoons of honey, (if you don't have honey, then 3 teaspoons of sugar),
- 3 peaches and
- 1 egg.
Peaches in puff pastry, preparation:
- Roll out the puff pastry half a cm thick.
- Scoop out 12 circles using a glass or mold.
- Arrange six circles on baking paper and put a small teaspoon of cheese and half a teaspoon of honey on each (if you don't have honey, you can use sugar).
- Place half of the peach, which you have previously peeled, on top of everything. Turn the indentation from the bone downwards.
- Roll out the remaining six circles a little more with a rolling pin, so that they are a little bigger than the bottom ones, cut them with a knife in a couple of places and place them over the peaches. Connect the ends of the upper circles with the ends of the lower circles and coat everything with beaten egg.
- Bake the peaches for about thirty minutes at 200 degrees and when they are ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
