Bruschetti pomodoro with baby mozzarella - a light summer snack!
Bruschetti pomodoro with baby mozzarella, ingredients:
- 400 g of tomatoes
- 200 g of toasted bread
- 100 g of baby mozzarella
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 leaves of fresh basil
- cherry tomatoes as desired

Approximate preparation time 15 minutes.
Bruschetti pomodoro with baby mozzarella, preparation:
- cut the toast into triangles
- finely chop the basil and put it in a bowl
- remove the inner seed part of the tomato
- cut the fleshy skin of the tomatoes into cubes
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the bowl with the basil
- salt and pepper
- add olive oil and pressed garlic
- mix everything well
- cut mozzarella as desired
- stuffed baked toast
- layer the mozzarella on top
