Quick ice cream - Javorka Filipović - Recipes and Cookbook online
Quick ice cream without eggs, it's quick to prepare and tastes great 🙂
- 500 ml of sweet milk cream
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 200 ml sour cream 20% mm
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- Cool the sour cream well in the refrigerator, pour the contents into a deep mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until stiff.
Add the sugar and sour cream and beat just briefly to combine everything, while the whipped cream remains firm.
Over-whirling can get you butter! - Melt the chocolate in steam, cool a little and combine with whipped cream.
Pour the ice cream into a deep, wide container and put it in the freezer. Stir from time to time so that the entire surface is well iced.Serve the ice cream in a cone or bowl and enjoy 🙂
