Quick integral buns - quick chrono buns.

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 glass of sour milk
  • 2 cups flour ((spelt, buckwheat, oat, rye or barley))
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • sea ​​salt (a little)
  • 1 tablespoons of olive oil

  • sunflower
  • Sesame
  1. Beat the egg with sour milk, add salt and baking soda and mix everything well.
  2. Add the flour mixture as desired and mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the tray on which you will bake them in the oven and heat it to 250 degrees.
  4. Take it out, cover it with parchment paper and use a wet spoon to form balls of the dough.
  5. One large spoonful of batter is enough.
  6. Sprinkle the seeds on top if desired and bake the buns for 5-10 minutes at 220 degrees.
Take the flour that is allowed in your diet, but make sure that one part is spelled. Take the baked buns out on a board, cover with a kitchen towel to soften and cool.
