Crispy quick burek - something completely different.
- 300 g of cheese (fresh cow's)
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 100 - 150 sprigs of cornflakes
- salt (to taste)
- Beat the eggs with the cream, add the cheese, add salt and beat until well combined.
- Add whole, not broken, cornflakes and mix everything so that it is well combined and the cornflakes are soaked.
- Pour into a round, oiled pan with a smaller diameter and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Burek should be slightly ruddy in color, it should not be overcooked.
