Quick integral buns - quick chrono buns.
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 glass of sour milk
- 2 cups flour ((spelt, buckwheat, oat, rye or barley))
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- sea salt (a little)
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
optional seeds:
- lan
- sunflower
- Sesame
- Beat the egg with sour milk, add salt and baking soda and mix everything well.
- Add the flour mixture as desired and mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Put the tray on which you will bake them in the oven and heat it to 250 degrees.
- Take it out, cover it with parchment paper and use a wet spoon to form balls of the dough.
- One large spoonful of batter is enough.
- Sprinkle the seeds on top if desired and bake the buns for 5-10 minutes at 220 degrees.
