Bulgur, cornmeal, banana and cinnamon - breakfast for a good start to the day and energy (8+ months).
- 20 g of bulgur wheat
- 3 tablespoons of corn flour
- 0,5 piece of banana
- cinnamon
- Take two small pots. First, pour about 150ml of water and add the bulgur wheat and cook for about 10 minutes until it swells.
- In another pot, add 150ml of water and in 50ml in a separate bowl, whisk the corn flour to get flour and milk.
When the water boils, add the flour-milk and mix and cook for about 5-10 minutes. - When the wheat is ready, strain it and mash it slightly with a fork.
- Mix the bulgur wheat with the corn flour.
- Peel and mash half a banana and mix with flour and wheat.
- Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and mix again.
- Cool and serve to baby.
