Bulgur, cornmeal, banana and cinnamon - breakfast for a good start to the day and energy (8+ months).

  • 20 g of bulgur wheat
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 0,5 piece of banana
  • cinnamon
  1. Take two small pots. First, pour about 150ml of water and add the bulgur wheat and cook for about 10 minutes until it swells.
  2. In another pot, add 150ml of water and in 50ml in a separate bowl, whisk the corn flour to get flour and milk.
    When the water boils, add the flour-milk and mix and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. When the wheat is ready, strain it and mash it slightly with a fork.
  4. Mix the bulgur wheat with the corn flour.
  5. Peel and mash half a banana and mix with flour and wheat.
  6. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and mix again.
  7. Cool and serve to baby.
