Pumpkin and baby carrots - a light porridge perfect for the day after meat.
- 150 g of pumpkin (cut into cubes)
- 1 handful of baby carrots (chopped)
- cinnamon
- Peel the pumpkin - your hands will hurt after this, but it's best to have a man peel it and immediately cut it into cubes, the rest you can freeze.
- Put the required amount in water to boil with a handful of baby carrots for about 15 minutes.
- Strain into a blender with a little cinnamon. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and give to baby. Be sure to check the temperature before giving to the baby.
