Turkey with pashacanata and oregano - porridge for a lot of energy and which is quite filling.
- 50 g of turkey breast (in a piece)
- 1 handful of quinoa
- 1 handful of puff pastry
- 0,5 pieces of parsnips (diced)
- 0,125 pieces of red potato (diced)
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- Origan
- pepper (powder)
- mint (finely chopped)
- Add the meat to the water with the spices to cook.
- Peel and chop the pashakanat into small cubes and add it together with the quinoa.
- Then peel and chop the red potatoes and add them.
- Finally, peel and chop the zucchini and add it with the flecks of dough, because they take the least time.
- Everything should be cooked together for about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
- Strain and put in a blender and blend until you get a slurry.
- Be sure to check the temperature before serving to your baby.
