Button with almond - Suzana Mitić
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 yolk
- 250 g of flour
- 120 g of margarine
- 5-6 spoons of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- For coating you need:
- 1 egg white
- 100 g of ground walnuts
- 50 g of chocolate
- almond leaves
- Knead the dough from the given ingredients, make a compact mass, tear small balls, the size of walnuts, and make an indentation with your finger.
- Roll each ball in egg whites and then in ground walnuts.
- Bake at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
- Heat the chocolate and place one teaspoon in the middle. Add an almond leaf.
