Scones.
Cake, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 egg +1 for coating,
- 1/3 yeast,
- 1 spoon of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 2,5 dl of warm water,
- 500 g of margarine,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
Cake, preparation:
- Put yeast, sugar and a spoonful of flour in water and let it work for 10 minutes.
- Put flour, salt, egg, oil and yeast in the pan and knead the dough smoothly and leave it to rise for 40 minutes.
- Knead the resulting dough, tear off a small piece and make a ball.
- Divide the rest of the dough into 5 parts.
- Roll out each piece to the size of a pan and coat them with softened margarine in between.
- Transfer the dough to the pan with margarine spread and spread it with your hand to the ends.
- Cut the dough into eight triangles in the middle and not all the way to the end. Twist each triangle 2 times and so on until the end. Put the torn ball in the middle at the beginning.
- Leave to rise for 30 minutes, brush with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Remove from the oven, cover with a cloth for 15 minutes and then remove to a tray.
