Chrono nutrition is the skill and method of consuming all foods at those moments during the day when they will be most useful, in order to satisfy the body's energy needs every day, without food and fat being stored in certain parts of the body with the risk of creating unwanted curves.

What is chrono nutrition?

There are a thousand and one ways to lose weight, but there is only one way to eat right to have a slim body and be healthy: it is the way our ancestors instinctively followed to survive, obeying the laws of nature, as it were still made by wild animals.

Although many people laughed at it in the beginning, like practically all newspapers that leave the beaten path, the chrono diet has now also shown itself to be effective.
