Cheese cake.

Cheese cake, ingredients:

Bark:

  • 400 g of biscuits
  • 150 g of melted margarine
  • 100 ml of orange juice

Cream:

  • 500 ml of sweet cream
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 500 g of cream cheese
  • 100 ml of hot milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 20 g of gelatin

They want:

  • 300 g of frozen fruit
  • 100 ml of water
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 20 g of gelatin

Cheese cake, preparation:

Kora:

  • Mix biscuits, margarine, juice and melted margarine.
  • Knead everything well and pour the resulting mass into the mold.
  • Knead the mass well with your hands.
  • Leave in the fridge to cool while we prepare the cream.

Cream:

  • Mix the gelatin and water and leave for 5 minutes for the gelatin to swell.
  • Then mix gelatin with warm milk.
  • Whip the sweet cream and add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and gelatin.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Transfer the resulting cream to the crust and put it back in the refrigerator to set the cream while we prepare the jelly.

Jelly:

  • Mix gelatin with water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  • Put the frozen fruit and sugar in a saucepan and heat the fruit over low heat, then increase the heat and cook when it boils for another 5 minutes.
  • Cool and add gelatin.
  • Mix well and cool the jelly.
  • Pour the cooled jelly over the cream.
  • Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that the cheese cake cools down well, remove the ring, and enjoy every bite.
