Chicken in marinade - chicken prepared this way is extremely tasty and spicy, and with the addition of mashed potatoes and some seasonal salad, you will have a perfect lunch...
- 1 kg of chicken meat (drumsticks, drumsticks, wings)
- 1 tablespoon of dry herb seasoning (full spoon)
- 2 teaspoons ginger (grated (or powdered))
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of allspice (ground (can also be hot and pounded))
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- Put the chicken pieces in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and roll each piece well with your hands. Cover with aluminum foil and let it stand in the marinade for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Put the marinated chicken in a fireproof dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees. 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another ten minutes, until the meat is golden brown.
