Chicken liver in spicy sauce - Zuzana Grnja
- 500 g of chicken liver
- 40 g butter
- 1 stalk of leek
- spoon of flour
- 1 dl of white wine
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- so
- dry herbal spice
- mustard to taste
- Finely chop the leek and quickly fry together with the liver.
- Then add flour, dry herbal seasoning and a little mustard.
- Reduce the temperature, add wine and a little water and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
- At the very end, stir in the sour cream and cook for another 2-3 min. Serve with mashed potatoes.
- Note: Do not salt the liver before frying, but after frying, and fry it for a short time because it will be hard after long frying.
