Chrono chicken for lunch - a great choice for a chrono lunch!
- 1,5 kg chicken drumsticks (boneless)
- 1 branch of Mediterranean celery
- 2 pieces of carrot
- 2 red onions (smaller)
- 4 pieces of potatoes
- 50 ml of white wine
- 750 ml of low-fat chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons of persona (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- paprika (yellow, red, small, cut into sticks or cubes, to taste)
- Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables.
- Heat the oven to 190 C.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a heated deep frying pan and sauté the chicken on each side for a total of 5 minutes.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the red onion until it gets golden brown edges.
- Then add the rest of the vegetables and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the wine and lean chicken stock and simmer for 3 minutes to reduce.
- Pour everything over the chicken in the baking dish, cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley. Enjoy your chrono lunch!
