Cicvara - after the craziest night, it will come in handy...

  • 2 dl. water
  • 2 dl. milk
  • 300 gr. cheese (or cream)
  • 8 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon fat (unmelted)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed paprika
  1. Bring milk, water and fat to a boil, add cheese, salt and mix and let it boil again. When it boils again, reduce the temperature, pour corn flour and stir constantly to simmer slowly for ten minutes. When the crust is caught on the bottom of the bowl, the dish is ready.

  2. You can also make cicvara like this: heat a tablespoon of fat or oil well, remove it from the heat and pour in a teaspoon of crushed pepper and immediately pour over the finished cicvara.
