Tsicvara.
Cicvara, ingredients:
- 3 dl milk,
- 1 dl of oil,
- 100 g of corn flour,
- 2 tablespoons of cream,
- 2 tablespoons of cheese,
- 1 glass of sour cream i
- a little salt.
Cicvara, preparation:
- Put the milk in a deep bowl to heat. Mash the cheese, add oil, cream and sour cream and add everything to the milk.
- When the mixture boils, slowly add the corn flour while stirring constantly.
- Stir until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat, then serve chilled with sour milk or yogurt.
