Cipovka, bread that smiles at the moon, everyday bread, plain. Its ingredients are: flour, water, salt, yeast, and a little sugar.
Lace, ingredients:
- 1 cube of yeast,
- 2 cups of lukewarm water,
- half a teaspoon of sugar,
- a teaspoon of salt and
- 6 cup flour.
Lace fabric, preparation:
- Crush the yeast in a bowl, add half a teaspoon of sugar, lukewarm water with a little flour and let it stand for five minutes.
- Then add the flour. The dough should be sticky and start to pull away from the bowl.
- Place the bag over the bowl and let it sit in a warm place for about half an hour. Flour the work surface well and transfer the dough onto it. Rub your hands with flour, then knead the bread lightly by first moving one side, then the other and then the next two, pulling the flour that is under the dough. Knead it and transfer it to a pan that you previously greased well and sprinkled with a little flour.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees, and during that time let the bread stand for ten minutes. Cut it from above with a knife in the form of curved lines.
- Put it in the oven to bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. That is, until the bread is baked.
- Take it out of the oven and out of the pan, spray it with water and wrap it in a cloth.
