Vanilla.
Vanilla, ingredients:
- 200 g of fat,
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 300 g of ground walnuts,
- 1 whole egg
- 4 spoons of sugar
- juice of 1 lemon and
- apricot jam

Vanilla, preparation:
- Beat the fat until foamy, then add the egg yolks, one whole egg, sugar and the juice of one lemon.
- Then add flour, put everything on the mixing board, knead the dough and roll out the crust 1/2 centimeter thick with a rolling pin.
- Take out scones with a mold for vanilla ice cream, dip each one in beaten egg white snow, then sprinkle with ground walnuts, arrange in a baking tray, put in the oven and bake, but make sure they stay white.
- Spread the baked vanilla beans with jam, put two and two together, sprinkle them with vanilla-scented sugar and serve.
Note:
I added about 200 g of ground walnuts to the apricot jam, mixed everything well and then filled the vanilla fillings. They melt in your mouth.
