Vanilla.
Vanilla, ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g of fat
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon (zest)
- plum jam
- powder sugar
Vanilla, preparation:
- Beat the fat with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer, then add eggs, grated lemon peel and flour with baking powder. Add flour gradually and knead a smooth dough.
- Dust the work surface well with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
- Scoop out vanilla beans with a cup or a mold and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake vanilla cakes at a temperature of 180 C for about 15 minutes.
- Cool them, then combine with jam and roll in powdered sugar.
- Enjoy the taste!
