Soup with a mistake - I don't know why I gave it this name when it doesn't lack anything 😉

  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 g of onion
  • 100 g of carrots
  • 100 g of red pepper
  • 100 g of zucchini
  • 100 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of peas
  • 2 tablespoons of amaranth
  • 2 tablespoons of quinoa
  • pepper (to taste)
  • ginger (to taste)
  • turmeric (to taste)
  • parsley (to taste)
  1. Finely chop a quarter of the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Add chopped carrot and pepper, fry briefly until fragrant.
  2. Pour half a liter of water, and then all other ingredients except spices.
  3. Cut the rest of the onion, zucchini and potatoes into pieces of the desired size.
  4. Do not chop the peas 😉
  5. Wash the potatoes and quinoa (I do this by pouring them into a cup, pouring water and straining them through a strainer, since the grains are very small and they go away with the water if they are washed in some other way).
  6. Boil the broth for about 15 minutes, then add half a liter of water or more according to taste.
  7. When it boils, season it to taste.
