Red pancakes - slightly different savory pancakes.
- 2 pieces of egg
- 2 spoons of ketchup
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml of sour water
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- oregano (a little)
- 150 g of sour cream
- 50 ml of oil
- Beat the eggs with chili, oregano, ketchup, and salt. Add milk, oil and sour water. At the end, add flour. Let it stand while a pan coated with a little oil is heated. We bake classic pancakes and fill them with sour cream.
