Proja with Swiss chard.
- 4 pieces of egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 300 ml of oil
- 400 ml milk
- 200 g of white flour
- 300 g of corn flour
- 300 g of cheese
- 150 g of Swiss chard
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, then add baking powder, milk and oil, and mix. Gradually add flour and cornmeal and mix with a spoon until well combined. Crumble the cheese and wash the chard well and chop it finely, then add them at the end and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
