Mineral water as an ingredient for whipping cream
Did you know that mineral water, that is carbonated water, can be used for whipping whipped cream (or whipped cream) instead of milk?!
You can also use a combination of: mineral water and milk.
When you whip the whipped cream with the mentioned water, it will be more airy and will keep its freshness and volume longer.
Don't worry, it won't taste any different. The texture is very pleasant to the palate.
The bubbles from the water combine with the powder and it becomes like a light and gentle foam.
Preparing whipped cream in this way is very simple. Follow the instructions on the package - replace the specified amount of milk or plain water with mineral water.
If you use Radenska Classic natural mineral water, your whipped cream will be richer for a certain amount of minerals:
- cations in mg/L: sodium 440, calcium 200, magnesium 92, potassium 80,
- anions in mg/L: hydrogen carbonate 2000, sulfate 80, chloride 44, fluoride 0,50,
- CO2 minimum 3500 mg/L.
