Puff pastry rolls - Slađana Šćekić
Flaky rolls - rolls that can be both salty and sweet... and everyone loves them...
- 2,5 packages of yeast
- 500 ml of milk
- 50 ml of oil
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 piece of egg white
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 1 kg of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
To coat the crust:
- 100 g margarine
- Knead the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then knead it and separate it into 12 balls (the size of a smaller apple).
- Unroll each ball and coat it with margarine - coat five unrolled balls - do not coat the sixth.
- Do the same with the other developed test (with six developed balls).
- Then roll out the crust as thin as possible and divide the crust into as few triangles as possible, cut each triangle a little near the end of the dough and roll it into a bun.
- We can fill them with cheese, but you don't have to do anything because they are beautiful and empty, let them rest for 15 minutes, brush with egg yolk and bake.
- We bake them at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
