Love cookies, ingredients:
- 450 g flour
- 170 g of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of caramel sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
- 80 g butter
- 3 spoons of honey
- baking powder on the tip of the knife
Love cookies, preparation:
- Beat eggs with powdered sugar until foamy, add caramel sugar, honey and softened butter.
- Add baking powder and gingerbread spice and knead a fine, smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with foil and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out the dough on a floured work surface.
- Take out the desired shape with the models.
- Arrange in a pan on parchment paper.
- Bake in a heated oven for 7 minutes at 200 degrees.
