Homemade spice mix - I give you approximate measurements for the basic spice mixture, and you can adjust it to your taste and combine the ingredients you want.
- 50 g of mixed dry vegetables
- 1 spoon of dry onion
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and grind them with a stick mixer. You can grind the vegetables finer or coarser - depending on the need.
You can also make the spice mixture in a coffee grinder, ie. grind all the ingredients. You can also change or omit the amounts of salt and sugar. Store the spice mixture in a jar.
Simple, right ;)?!
