Spring butterfly - juicy and soft pancakes for a good day.

Ingredients for the dough

  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 150 g of flour
  • little salt

Ingredients for the filling

  • 150 g of kecap
  • 200 g of dry bacon
  • 150 g of cottage cheese
  • little oregano

For decoration

  • 2 small radishes
  • malokecapa

Preparation of dough for pancakes

  1. Separate the white from the yolk.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the egg yolk and all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix everything together with a mixer.
  4. Fry the pancakes in the usual way on both sides.

Preparation of filling for pancakes
