Spring butterfly - pancakes - Suzana Mitić
Spring butterfly - juicy and soft pancakes for a good day.
Ingredients for the dough
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 2 dl of milk
- 1 dl of sour water
- 150 g of flour
- little salt
Ingredients for the filling
- 150 g of kecap
- 200 g of dry bacon
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- little oregano
For decoration
- 2 small radishes
- malokecapa
Preparation of dough for pancakes
- Separate the white from the yolk.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the egg yolk and all the other ingredients.
- Mix everything together with a mixer.
- Fry the pancakes in the usual way on both sides.
Preparation of filling for pancakes
- Cut the bacon into larger cubes.
- to grate
